began over 30 years ago as a peaceful sanctuary for clients to escape from the outside world. Owner, Aby Cass, desired to create a space to rejuvenate your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. As a massage therapist, esthetician and pilates instructor, she sought highly skilled therapists and set the bar for spas in Charleston.

Today we are a team of over 25 professional massage therapists, estheticians, nail technicians, pilates instructors, and spa coordinators who work together at our spa in downtown Charleston.

Aby continues to provide services personally as well as train therapists to inspire and educate clients about self care and wellness.
