Earthling Day Spa spa policy was created to ensure you're prepared for your spa appointment. Please take the time to read our spa policies and if you have other questions, see our list of FAQs or contact us by phone or email.
Spa Arrival Time
We request that all clients arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled service. This allows time to change into a robe and slippers and fill out any needed paperwork. We have a beautiful relaxation area in the middle of the spa where you may relax before or after your services with a cup of tea.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to give you the utmost care within the time allotted. A late arrival may result in a modification to the duration of your service. Services will be rendered for the remainder of the time and you will be responsible for the full payment of the service.
Services are reserved for you, for a specific time. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Any changes or cancellations made within the 24-hour window are subject to a full charge of the service.
Where to Park for the Spa
We have complimentary parking for use while you are in spa services. To access our parking, turn on Pinckney Street from East Bay Street. Our parking is the first lot on your left. Look for the Earthling Day Spa parking sign. Our complimentary parking is available for you while in spa services or shopping in our spa boutique.
What to Wear to the Spa
When you arrive at the spa our front desk staff will offer you a robe and slippers to change. Our facility has a changing area with lockers and showers located near our fountain relaxation area.
We ask that you remove all jewelry and keep it in your locker. Please silence your cell phone and keep it with your personal belongings in your locker. While our lockers are secure, Earthling Day Spa is not responsible for lost belongings.
A robe is not needed for Waxing, Manicure & Pedicure, or Pilates Exercise.
